Most large volunteer groups choose to volunteer on Habitat of Cabarrus’ new home sites or at the Habitat Cabarrus ReStore. Tasks include framing, siding, painting, building sheds, trim work, minor repairs and more.
No construction experience necessary – our site supervisors provide all the on-site support and training needed. To register your group for a construction shift contact our volunteer services.

Groups can also volunteer at the Habitat Cabarrus ReStore for a morning or afternoon volunteer shift. Tasks include unloading donations, cleaning, sorting and carrying furniture.
