Help Us Provide Meals to Our Collegiate Challenge Students!

We are so happy to already have an incredible trio of schools joining us for this year’s Collegiate Challenge. Now, we are looking for volunteers, churches and restaurants who are willing to provide meals throughout the week.

Each year, we offer alternative school break opportunities for students. For one week, we bring in a group of young adults from multiple schools to help build a Habitat home in our community. This year we’re pleased to welcome Waynesburg University, Westminster College, and Illinois Mathematics and Science Academy for a brand new build.

To show our appreciation for these students, who have generously given up their school breaks to volunteer with us and help us build a better community, we offer free lunches and dinners from various donors. If you are a restaurant, church, business, organization or individual and you would like to help provide meals to our Collegiate Challengers, please contact Kippi Laws at volunteer@habitatcabarrus.org for more information.
