As-is asking price for property at 270 Vance Drive NE, Concord, is $250,000.
If you would like to tour the property, you may only do so by appointment during the 30-day submission window. To make an appointment, contact Amy Freeze.

A $1000 deposit (cash, certified check, or bank draft) payable to Habitat Cabarrus is enclosed herein. I understand this deposit will be refunded if I am not the successful bidder. I also understand that Habitat for Humanity Cabarrus County is not bound to this bid until all parties have signed a purchase agreement.
As bids are received, they will be catalogued and time stamped.
The property will be sold to the highest qualified bidder (at or above the asking price) who is able to close on the property within 30 days from Habitat Cabarrus’s acceptance of their bid. In the event multiple qualified bids are received at the highest asking price, the date of receipt (of the first qualified bid at the highest asking price) will be used to determine the winning bid.
